Optional Voice Access Internet Plan for superior voice quality
MyNetFone’s Business Phone Service and calls are delivered over your internet connection, therefore call quality depends on the speed and reliability of your internet.
To ensure the best call quality, we recommend that you combine our Phone service with a Voice Access Broadband plan. By delivering the internet connection as well as PBX functionality to your offices, we can control connection quality of both incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring crystal-clear communications for your business. Plus, you get the benefit of having one provider for your phone and internet needs, resulting in simplified administration and billing.
The MyNetFone Voice Access Broadband Plan is perfect for a business that already has a lower-grade internet connection for their internet needs but requires quality-assured phone calls. Alternatively, your business might not need internet access at all, except to run your VoIP-based communications, in which case our Voice Access Plan means you won’t have to pay for download quotas you don’t need.
Please note important information about choosing your new phone numbers:
If you choose a number outside your local calling area, people calling you may be charged at STD rates by their service provider. You may not be able to port your number away from MyNetFone if the gaining provider does not support out-of-area numbers, or if the gaining provider does not support local number portability with MyNetFone. This information is provided as required by the Numbering Plan under the Telecommunications Act 1997.
Important information about your Service Address
Your Service Address is the primary location where you will use your MyNetFone services. This information will be used to provide Emergency Service Organisations your location in the case you call for 000 emergency help, and also in the event of a natural disaster or emergency broadcast warning. It is important that you keep your Service Address information current at all times by updating it via our MyAccount portal when necessary.
* Numbers are provided in blocks of 1, 10 and 100 – if you make a change, the change will apply to the whole block. Number blocks of more than 1 can only be guaranteed for Australian Capital Cities (pending availability). If you wish to change your included DIDs to another Region, a once-off Administrative charge of $24.95 per change applies.
